The UK sat back at the top of the table — Humanoid's unicorn Series A and CuspAI's $450M — but the single biggest cheque was Sweden's, with Neko Health's $700M, and the rest of the week spread across Switzerland (SWISSto12), France (Syntetica), Italy (Circular Materials), Germany (deltaVision) and Finland (Hyperion). Defense and NATO capital took a back seat this week; the through-line was industrialisation. Humanoid robots, telecom satellites, spacecraft plumbing, recycled nylon, metal recovered from wastewater and 3D-printed concrete are all moving from prototype or lab into volume — which is a manufacturing, systems-engineering and commercial-leadership hiring problem long before it's an R&D one.
