Your data rights

Access · Correction · Objection · Erasure — answered within 30 days

“Am I in your database?” Ask, and we will look and tell you honestly. You do not need to explain why. You do not need to send identity documents unless we genuinely cannot find the record without them.

“Take me out.” We will. We do not argue with objections. The record is deleted, not hidden, and we add a suppression entry so the same information cannot be collected again.

What we may hold about you

The GTM Talent Tracker maps senior commercial roles at European hard-tech companies. If you hold — or held — a role such as Chief Commercial Officer, CRO, VP Sales, Head of Business Development, Marketing or Partnerships at one of the companies we watch, we may hold a record like this:

company: Example Robotics · role: Chief Commercial Officer · seniority: exec · function: sales
background: ex Siemens, ABB — industrial automation
status: current · first seen: 2026-03-14 · source: examplerobotics.com/team

We hold no name, no photo, no personal profile link, no contact details, no salary and no special-category data. This is enforced in code: names are dropped at collection, our database physically rejects any record carrying a name, and on 14 July 2026 we permanently erased every remaining name from our records and from all historical backups.

We recognise, all the same, that a single role at a single company can point to one person. So we treat these records as your personal data, apply the GDPR to them in full, and give you the rights below — even though we hold no name for you.

You will not need to prove who you are. Because we cannot search by name — there is nothing to search — just tell us the company and the role, and we will find the record. That is deliberately less information than a name, and we ask for nothing more.

What happens next

If you are unhappy with our answer

You can complain to your supervisory authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EU, the authority where you live or work. You do not have to come to us first, though we would rather you did — we would like the chance to fix it.
